The Project

General Mushtaq Baig hailed from choa saidan shah, a backward Tehsil of District Chakwal. Being from a rural back ground he had compassion for the poor and their families-dominant segment of the communities of the area. He would visit the area on holidays to treat them in his own humble capacity. He had wished of a quality medical facility in the area to serve the rural communities but did not live to make it true

During his life time, General Mushtaq Baig had discussed his longing for the medical facility at length with Brigadier (Retired) Zafar Iqbal Chaudhry President Falah Foundation. After detailed planning, a charity hospital with the appropriate name “General Mushtaq Baig (Shaheed) Memorial Hospital” is under construction at Choa Saidan Shah under the overall management of

Falah Foundation. A Trauma Centre and Masjid are planned along with the main hospital.  It is planned to establish a high school in phase II of the project.A total of 50 villages and Choa Saidan Shah Town will benefit from the facility.

With the financial support of General Mushtaq well-wishers the Board of Directors (B.O.Ds) has vowed to inaugurate the hospital in an earliest time INSAH ALLAH. There is a need of financial support for building infra structure purchase of equipment and to setup a (General Mushtaq Baig Shaheed) Endowment fund of 30 million to sustain the project.
